Mona's Ark

A zoological appreciation of art from the Mona collection. And a surprisingly adorable, large picture book (no words, phew) that follows an assortment of animals as they take a trip to the museum.

Created and illustrated by Christopher Downes, a Hobart-based cartoonist who also happens to work at Mona. He was probably the one who told you not to touch the artwork at some point, but you didn’t listen to him and touched it anyway.
